Which feeling is predominant in your mind?
Feelings wise what is your balance sheet.
Find it out.
Take the feelings one by one
Let us say, fear.
How many times I have felt this fear?
How much I have earned from fear?
Give a Score
Similarly do the same for worry.
Note down the score.
For all your feelings give your score.
Then you will come to know what feeling is predominant in your life.
There is no such thing as positive or negative feelings
Do not reject that feeling.
Accept it and release it.
We have labelled our feelings either as negative or positive. There is no such thing as negative or positive feeling.
All feelings are positive feelings.
Some feelings make us move on and some feelings make us stuck in a situation.
Sometimes even positive feeling is not good
Sometimes the so-called positive feelings also make us get stuck.
Something makes you happy and you are in a joyful mood.
You keep thinking about it and keep yourself idle.
