No Worries Mudra

Naran Index finger at the base of the thumb will make one inhale deeply. The breathing of the worrying person is shallow and fast, which is changed by the mudra into deep and slow breathing. The person will relax and his relaxation is enhanced by the Pran Mudra (thumb touching the tips of little and ring fingers on both the hands). For stress relief: chant “QUIET MIND, OPEN HEART, RELAX”
