How to keep your eyes healthy

Naran S Balakumar Keep the eyes open. Cover your eyes with both the hands. Make sure no light is visible. Though it is difficult to shut away the light completely, try your level best. Do this for a few minutes. You will feel more blood flowing into your eyes, which will keep it healthy. While doing the exercise, chant the mantra “LALITHAM LAMBODARAM, LALITHAM BASKARAM, LALITHAM BALACHANDRAM”.
