Sebaceous oil getting infected is acne. When this oil is trapped and infected, it produces pimples.
More of testosterone causes sebaceous glands to grow producing more oil. Skin near the pores produces KERATIN. Sebaceous oil and Keratin mix together blocking the pore, causing the blackhead. Stagnation leads to infection.
CUT CLEAR SABACEOUS OIL
Beta carotene and Vitamin C are essential.
Eliminate – Sugar, flour (maida, atta) , fry, butter, chocolate milk. Cleanse the stomach with Yogurt.
SUGGESTIONS
Zinc can be helpful. AQUA BERYL (2 drops in 200 ml water) Face to be washed with that water. It clears away the pimples.
