We will have a list what all will happen if we get BP.
May be someone will say that we will get stroke etc.
So, we get fearful and concerned about our BP.
Release all your beliefs (what will happen) about BP
Release all the rumours you have about BP (so fear goes off). Whenever you think about BP what happens to you? It goes up. “Whenever I think about BP, my BP goes up”. It is a thought. isn’t it?
Release this thought.
Affirm, “Even though My BP reading is …..I accept myself totally and release my fears”.
Come out of the fear. Scale it.
