Naran S Balakumar To reach a higher level, be in the Chinmaya Mudra and chant “AM, AAM”. AM activates the crown chakra, while AAM activates the third-eye.  This is to have a better understanding in any situation. To have that understanding, I should change my outlook also about the other person or anything. I have to think differently. I also have to view differently. Only then a new perception will come. New truth will emerge and for that chant “AM, AAM, IM, EEM”. AM activates third eye. While IM and EEM activate eyes outwardly, it also activates the inner eye to get other view(s). Switch words for the same is, “REACH DIVINE ON”
