Rotate All Chakras Daily morning – rotate all the 7 chakras clock-wise by intending “Keep rotating clockwise at optimum speed”. All the seven chakras rotate anticlockwise when there is a problem. When the chakras rotate clockwise, they receive the universe energy. When they rotate anticlockwise, they don’t receive the universe energy. Hence you cannot receive anything. Whenever you have worry or fear, intend, “All the chakras are rotating clockwise” Also visualize them rotating clockwise. Do this daily.
