No control over drinking habit

LuAnnI have an issue with drinking too much and was wondering if you would suggest a mantra and Bach flower remedy to get rid of this habit.

Naran Take the flower remedy CHERRY PLUM. Put 5 pills in a bottle of water. Every time you want to drink, drink the water from the bottle.
