I attended cord strengthening workshop conducted by Uma mam.

I would like to share my experince for cord strengthening with my daughter in law.

For 21 days I did Cord Strengthening with my Parents.

Then 21 days I did Cord Strengthening with my Parents in the morning and in Evening I did Cord Strengthening with my daughter in law,since 3 weeks she is in Chennai we have healthy relationship.
