Ans. You will be able to post your consulting query (life situation) in our Query Management portal 

 

Q. Can others access question asked by me?

Ans. No, it's personalized service. Only you can access your questions and remedy/ies.

 

Q.What if I have more than one question?

Ans. Consulting fee is per query (life situation) basis. If you have two questions (life situations), please select Quantity = 2, while making the purchase. 

 

Q. How do I login to Query Management portal?

Ans: Once you have made the payment, you will receive email for account access/activation.

 

Q. Why the difference in pricing?

In order to provide smooth service, our service delivery has been organized into three categories i.e.

Standard Queries     = response within 4-5 working days (Normal working days are Mon-Friday)

Emergency Queries  = response within 24-48 hours

Weekend Queries     = response within 24-48 hours

 

Q. How do I receive the solution remedy?

You can login to your account in Query Management Portal to see the details of the remedy suggested by Naran Sir. Also, you will receive an email notification as soon as the solution is updated.
