  4. Cho ku Rei three times Alternatively you can draw the symbols in the following order, if you know Karuna Reiki:

  6. Zonar three times

  7. Sei he ki for a minimum of three times and as many times as you can

  8. Rama three times

  9. Shanti three times

  10. Cho ku Rei three timesPlease note that Rama, Shanti and Zonar are Karuna Reiki symbols. Naran teaches them as part of his Reiki training to freshers.
