Keep your index finger at the base of the thumb and let the thumb touch the tips of little and ring finger, on both the hands” – be in this Mudra for relaxation and to become stress free.


Index finger at the base of the thumb will make one inhale deeply. The breathing of the worrying person or a person under stress is shallow and fast, which is changed by the Mudra into deep and slow breathing.

The person will relax and his relaxation is enhanced by chanting “QUIET MIND, OPEN HEART, RELAX”
